’Stinking Evidence’ of Possible Election Fraud Found in Florida by Thom Hartmann
There was something odd about the poll tapes.
A "poll tape" is the phrase used to describe a printout from an optical scan voting machine made the evening of an election, after the machine has read all the ballots and crunched the numbers on its internal computer. It shows the total results of the election in that location. The printout is signed by the polling officials present in that precinct/location, (…)

Now Is Not the Time For National Unity!

A little disunity, please. Let’s get divisive, gang. No national healing-raw wounds, anger and resentment. This is the moment for accusations and recriminations.
As per the routine used by countless other defeated politicians, John Kerry wrapped up a quavering call for unity and oneness inside his tardy concession speech. "In the days ahead, we must find common cause. We must join in common effort," quoth the fallen leader of the failed effort. Yeah, yeah, yeah, (…) -

"Dear Uncle Scrooge: I am a low-income working woman about to retire on Social Security benefits. What should I do?"
Under Bush’s proposed new Social Security plan, you can forget about retiring, dear. Just plan to work ’til you’re 80 and die really really poor.
"Dear Uncle Scrooge: I’m a middle-aged man with lots of bucks. What should I do after George Bush bankrupts the country?"
Too late for that. With a 51-trillion-dollar debt and a horrific balance of payments (…) -

1 commentDear XXXXXX, We are writing to inform you that we have organized another public hearing in Ohio on voting irregularities. We have already put together two of these hearings in Columbus on Saturday, November 13, and on Monday, November 15. Citizens testified under oath about their personal voting experiences. Many of those who testified spoke of standing in long lines, receiving misinformation, or using faulty voting machines. The hearings also revealed problems we’ve heard less about, (…)

18 November 2004 par (Open-Publishing)
18 commentsThe first Mosh video took MTV by storm, rocketing to the top of the charts, it was a powerful call to the youth to get pissed off and do something about it- namely get out and vote. Now the evildoers have blatantly stolen the election and they expect us to lay down and roll over like the democratic ’leadership’ ? To quote Eminem, "Fuck Bush! - until they bring our troops home, come on!"
Eminem’s new version of the video has a new ending which is relevant to the fake election results. (…) -

Columbus, Ohio---Hour after hour the testimonies are the same: angry Ohioans telling of vicious Republican manipulation and de facto intimidation that disenfranchised tens of thousands and probably cost the Democrats the election.
At an African-American church on Saturday and then at the Franklin County Courthouse Monday night, more than 700 people came to testify and witness to tales of the atrocity that was the November 2 election.
Organized by local ad hoc (…) -
Media accused of ignoring election irregularities

1 commentBy Mark Jurkowitz
Two weeks after Election Day, explosive allegations about a media coverup are percolating.
There’s the widely circulated e-mail about a CBS producer who complained that a news industry "lock-down" has prevented journalists from investigating voting problems that cropped up on Nov 2. There’s the rumor that MSNBC host Keith Olbermann, who has devoted serious air time to discussing Election Day irregularities, was fired for broaching the topic. There’s the assertion by Bev (…) -
Election 2004: Lingering Suspicions

The Internet, that wonderful engine of democracy, is rife with messages purporting to demonstrate how the U.S. presidential election results were manipulated in ways benefiting the Republicans.
To start, voting analyses of selected Florida and Ohio precincts conducted by the University of Pennsylvania’s Steven Freeman and independent investigator Faun Otter have revealed surprisingly high percentages for Bush. Those skeptical about the results further suggest spoiled ballots (…)
