Canadian Activists and Lawyers United for Justice:
Canada must bar or prosecute Bush for torture, and mass murder. For he is a war criminal who lied that Saddam wouldn’t let our inspectors in. And, with Cheney, closed 911 FBI investigations before we were finished nabbing the actual suspects for mass murder - that’s a no-no where we’re from. See? I’m a strict Constitutionalist.

Al-Bashir Indictment: The ICC is Hypocritical
13 March 2009 par (Open-Publishing)
by Amengeo Amengeo
On Wednesday March 3, 2009, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Omar Hassan al - Bashir, the President of Sudan, Africa’s largest country. This in itself is not amazing given the zeal and selectivity with which the West has pursued and dragged Africans to court on various charges of genocide, recruiting child soldiers and rape, among others. What is amazing, however, is the timidity with which African leaders have accepted this wholesale (…) -

On March 9, 2009, Sister Helen Prejean spoke out for the repeal of the Death Penalty in Maryland. Her remarks were made at the Parish Hall of the historic St. Anne’s Church, in Annapolis, MD, near the State House where the General Assembly meets. Sister Prejean also ripped former President and ex-Texas Governor, George W. by Keith Harmon Snow
I recently received a phone call from an Australian man who identified himself as an investigator for the prosecutor at the International Criminal Court (ICC) at the Hague, Netherlands. The investigator and his colleague had read my story, “Merchant’s of Death: Exposing Corporate Financed Holocaust in Africa,” and they wanted my cooperation to provide more detailed evidence about the warlords behind the massacres at Bogoro, Congo, described briefly in my story.

New Bush Crimes Revealed: 92 Torture Tapes Destroyed
Yesterday, it was revealed that under Bush the CIA destroyed 92 tapes of illegal interrogation tactics — in other words, tapes showing the Bush administration’s record of torture. The CIA destroyed the tapes in response to, and in direct violation of, a Congressional investigation.
Destroying tapes is not small potatoes. For many months, former President Richard Nixon refused to turn over tapes that Congress believed showed criminal (…) -

Dinner footwear may be optional By BILL KAUFMANN
I really hope he shows up in the flight suit.
He can also, in good conscience, bring along that banner he once courageously blamed on sailors because this time, his mission really is accomplished.

US Judges involved in human trafficking
19 February 2009 par (Open-Publishing)
At this point in my life I am against the death penalty, mainly because I know the system is corrupt, however I have been a supporter of the death penalty in the past and may become one in the future, so I have a question for those who support the death penalty in the United States of America, or anywhere else for that matter. Would you execute the members of a criminal syndicate responsible for child trafficking?
Specific Example
On Thursday, 12 February 2009, “judge, Mark A. (…)
