Represented were senior researchers, faculty, theoreticians, atmospheric scientists, department heads and CEO’s from a multitude of prestigious institutions. The Smithsonian, Harvard, General Motors, Cambridge, MIT, Yale, World Resources Institute, National Center for Atmospheric Research, the Secretary General of the United Nations, Oxford, Brookings Institution, Columbia University, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Carnegie-Mellon University, Princeton University, Brown University, Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, and many more. This colossal study recalls the scope, expense and secrecy of the Manhattan Project, yet the goals and eventual impacts of it are far greater.

Nice to see this in print.
I’ve been watching these chemtrails for almost 10 years now. Everyone I tell says I’m crazy. But I know thw difference between a contrail and a chemtrail. I used to see CONTRAILS when I was young. I was fascinated by them, but they were very short-lived and dissapated quickly. Much UNLIKE the current trails across the sky which spread and permeate and can, in the span of one day, cover a clear blue sky with a whit-grey haze. A haze that refracts light and actually manifests a rainbow effect when looking toward the sun.
One aspect of this issue that we should all be very concerned about is the possibility and likelyhood of Mass Innoculation and (and don’t put it past them) Mass extermination.
If this government is threatened, do not be surprised by anything they do.
